I cannot rate these guys highly enough !!!..i contacted another company prior who wanted ÂŁ500 upfront before they even stepped foot into my home to confirm something that i already knew. Needless to say, it didnt happen..then i contacted Damp2dry and WOW, very impressed !..Ruth and Kate in admin were fantastic and arranged a FREE survey at a time that was convienient to me and responded to my random queries in absolute record time, the surveyor came and did a very thorough survey and a VERY reasonable quote was given within 24 hours which was half the price i expected given the amount of work needed. The guys came at least 20 mins early every day and at bang on 8am began solid grafting all day long and the job was finished within the 2 day time frame as promised..and im absolutely thrilled with the end result. The entire team have all been very friendly, professional, polite and courteous and i would definately recommend Damp2dry in a heartbeat."

"I recently had a whole room refurbishment done by Damp2Dry. It is such an amazing transformation. It is now lined with a membrane, thermal boarded and newly plastered. The ceiling was insulated and rebuilt. What a fabulous job ! This is the second job Damp2Dry have done in my house. The fact I had them back is a testament to how good I think their work and their team are. All the guys that have been to my house have been friendly and diligent. "Survey was done and clear plan of work with pricing provided very quickly The objective being to stop salts coming from brickwork through to internal wall surface causing damage to decoration. The internal wall had membrane fixed after all plaster was removed. The wall was then covered with plaster board and the skimmed leaving a perfect finish for painting when fully dry Radiator fixings were marked by the Damp2dry team making it easy to re-affix it All rubbish was removed to a skip Good job and would recommend this company"

Damp2Dry carried out damp proof work to the ground floor of my house and rerenderd the back wall as well other bits of pointing and chimney work. The workmen were on time every day and the work is finished really well, very pleased with it. We had a bad experience with another damp company who said we needed two entire walls replastering for damp damage. We were dubious so got this company in for a survey and they found we don’t have any damp at all, it’s condensation due to us having an old Edwardian house and central heating which isn’t ventilating properly.
Quoted us the same for a PIV installing that would tackle not only the issue but also help with the effects of the issue and the other company wanted to just replaster the walls, which would cover the issue for a while but not help at all. All at the same price.
They came bang on 8am as organised. We’re tidy, all in masks, professional and friendly. We’re done in only 90 minutes and hoovered and cleaned everything up after themselves.
